marinating stake sauce.

here it is, if anyone wishes to have nice tasting stake.


1/3 cup kitchen bouquet* (or soy sauce, or wine)


1/2 cup olive oil


1/3 cup fresh lemon juice


1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce



3-4 cloves of minced garlic (or substitute 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder)


1 chopped onion


1 teaspoon ground pepper

That would do fish, too. Although for fish I would first brine it in freezing cold salt water, wash it off, then put it in this marinade.

Had fixed it at least four times, I must say that the above marinating stake sauce recipe is undoubtedly delicious!

Sounds yummy cept for the Worcestershire. A lot of times I marinate steaks in chile beer cuz it really jumps out and says howdy.
